Administrative Regulations
Administrative regulations are the detailed rules created by executive agencies and other government bodies to allow them to administer and enforce laws passed by the Fono and Governor. These regulations are compiled into a set called th American Samoa Administrative Code.

Before regulations are added to the Administrative Code, they are published as individual "Rules". The website of the Secretary of American Samoa has a collection of these rules.
