20.0212 Certificates-Issuance or refusal.
Cite as [A.S.C.A. § 20.0212]Upon recommendation of the inspector, the Board shall either issue a certificate of inspection or shall refuse to issue such certificate. Upon refusal to issue such certificate, the Board shall list the reasons for the refusal.
