20.0202 Definitions.
Cite as [A.S.C.A. § 20.0202]As used in this chapter:
(a) “Board” means the Board of Marine Inspectors.
(b) “Vessel” includes every description of watercraft (except longboats and paopaos) used or intended to be used as a means of transporting passengers or freight for profit.
