29.1513 Miscellaneous.
Cite as [A.S.C.A. § 29.1513]“Miscellaneous insurance” includes insurance about any risk not included within or under any of the classes listed in 29.1502 through 29.1512 in which there is a proper subject for insurance, not prohibited by law or contrary to sound public policy.
