26.1506 Failure to display correct, quality grade notice-Penalty.
Cite as [A.S.C.A. § 26.1506](a) A dealer at retail in construction materials who fails to display in the prescribed manner the indication of quality grade required by 26.1503, or who negligently allows the display of a false indication of quality grade, shall be guilty of a class B misdemeanor and shall be sentenced accordingly.
(b) Each separate failure to display a required indication of quality grade and each separate false indication of quality grade shall be deemed a separate offense.
