26.0508 Violation-Penalty.
Cite as [A.S.C.A. § 26.0508](a) Any person responsible for a sign which is in violation of this chapter is guilty of a class C misdemeanor in determining the fine.
(b) Each day such sign continues in violation of this chapter, the person or persons respon-sible shall be guilty of a separate offense, and shall be punishable therefor.
