22.1305 Responsibility of businesses.
Cite as [A.S.C.A. § 22.1305]Notwithstanding any other provision of law, every owner or operator of a commercial establishment in the Territory shall be responsible for providing and maintaining sufficient and suitable litter receptacles on his business premises.
