45.1101 Juvenile parole board.
Cite as [A.S.C.A. § 45.1101]The juvenile parole functions and responsibilities shall be assumed by the Board of Parole established under 46.2701. This Board shall consist of 5 members appointed by the Governor, 3 of which must be non elected private citizens not employed by the government.
