41.0302 Prohibition against discrimination in immigration.
Cite as [A.S.C.A. § 41.0302]No person shall receive any preferences or priority or be discriminated against in the issuance of a registration receipt card because of his race, sex, nationality, place of birth or place of residence, except as specifically provided for in this chapter.
