40.0403 Qualifications of guardians.
Cite as [A.S.C.A. § 40.0403]No letters of guardianship may be issued to any person who has not reached the age of 21 years, any person who is not a resident of American Samoa, or any person who is mentally incompetent to execute the duties of such trust.
