A person who knowingly (i) uses, acquires, possesses, or transfers American Samoa Department of Human and Social Services Special Supplemental Food Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Food Instruments or authorizations to participate in the American Samoa Department of Human and Social Services Special Supplemental Food Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC) in any manner not authorized by law or the rules of the American Samoa Department of Human and Social Services Special Supplemental Food Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC) and/or American Samoa Nutrition Assistance Program (Food Stamp) Food Instruments or authorizations to participate in the American Samoa Department of Human and Social Services American Samoa Nutrition Assistance Program (Food Stamp) in any manner not authorized by law or the rules of the American Samoa Nutrition Assistance Program (Food Stamp); (ii)alters, uses, acquires, possesses, or transfers altered American Samoa Department of Human and Social Services special Supplemental Food Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Food Instruments or authorizations to participate in the American Samoa Department of Human and Social Services Special Supplemental Food Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC) and/or American Samoa Department of Human and Social Services American Samoa Nutrition Assistance Program (Food Stamp) Food Instruments or authorizations to participate in the American Samoa Department of Human and Social Services American Samoa Nutrition Assistance Program (Food Stamp); or (iii) conspires t commit acts set forth in (i) or (ii) is guilty of a violation of this section and shall be punished as provided in section 46.4004.
