Cite as [A.S.C.A. § 46.4703](a) A person commits the crime of obstructing government operations if he purposely obstructs, impairs, hinders, or perverts the performance of a governmental function by the use or threat of violence, force, or other physical interference or obstacle.
(b) Obstructing government operations or voting rights is a class A misdemeanor.
