46.4205 Possession of a defaced firearm.
Cite as [A.S.C.A. § 46.4205](a) A person commits the crime of possession of a defaced firearm if he knowingly possesses a firearm which does not have the manufacturer's or importer's serial number engraved or cast on the receiver or frame of the firearm.
(b) Possession of a defaced firearm is a class B misdemeanor.
