46.4104 Embezzlement.
Cite as [A.S.C.A. § 46.4104](a) A person commits the crime of embezzlement if he knowingly misappropriates property of another which has been entrusted to him or which has lawfully come under his control.
(b) Embezzlement is a class C felony.
