The vehicles in which any meat or l11eat product is transported shall be kept in a clean and sanitary condition. Vehicles used in transferring loose meat and meat products shall be closed and refrigerated. Trucks used for the hauling of inedible products shall be conspicuously marked and used only for this purpose.
