6.0201 Created—Appointment—Tenure.
Cite as [A.S.C.A. § 6.0201 ](a) There is created a Board of Registration. The Board, which shall consist of 5 members, shall be appointed by the Governor by and with the advice and consent of the Senate; and the term of office is 4 years.
(b) On election day, 1 member shall be designated to sit in the Manu’a Islands to hear and rule on all appeals.
