5.0104 District Governor—Powers and duties.
Cite as [A.S.C.A. § 5.0104 ]A District Governor may be removed from office by the Governor of American Samoa, either directly or upon request of a majority of the chiefs of his district, for misconduct, incompetence, or neglect of duty.
